DESCRIPTION
SSG3 is our flagship slipper, the third generation in our Sumo Sole line. It is designed with a foot-shaped wide toe box design, skidless herringbone traction pattern, upgraded heel cup, and supportive cup sole.
The wide toe box allows you to properly splay your toes, which improves stability and allows you to generate more force, while the skidless herringbone traction pattern ensures you remain fully planted.
Your foot rests "in" the cup sole, rather than "on," so the sidewalls rise up and wrap around your feet, preventing lateral spillage without causing discomfort.
This model is optimal for all lifters. It excels for both sumo and conventional pulls, and fares great for bench press and squats.
SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS
SSG3 generally fits true to US shoe size. For larger sizes 42-47, fit may run just slightly large. Please reference the sizing guide above.
If between sizes, size up.
In most cases, order the same size as previous generations.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand Wash: Soak in a mixture of cold water and liquid laundry detergent. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to scrub the upper, then the sole. Once clean, rinse and air dry.
Do not tumble dry.

* During periods of abnormally high order volume, such as launch weekends, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing.
* Transit time will vary. Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic, and up to 21 days for international.

Lifting in my 60s it is important what equipment I use to support me as to stay strong- and the fit of my first pair of Notorious Lifts is amazing! The ability to wiggle my toes and ground myself is important to me when I’m thinking feet through the floor on deadlifting or pushing upward in a squat! Look forward to new PB with my dominating dragon shoes!
I ordered these specifically for a strongman competition event (sandbag runs/sled drag) that was being held on a slippery gymnasium floor. I ordered them a little over a week before the event, and they arrived quickly! I didn't break them in at all ahead of time, but they were very comfortable the day of the competition. I also had to travel to the event and the shoes are light and compact, so that made fitting them into my carry-on easy. I'll be using them a lot more now in my daily power lifting routines.
I like them very much. My Deadlifts feel waaayyyy better in comparison to my old ones.
Best lifting shoes I’ve owned. I’ve had vivos but these are far better due to the wide toe box and invoice the easy slip with Velcro straps
