SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS
For most customers, Radix fits true to US shoe size, but some customers (particularly in smaller sizes 35-40) may find it runs a half size small.
If between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up for more comfort. Go with the smaller size if you prefer a snug fit in your lifting footwear, or you prefer to remove the insole.
If you are a returning customer, we recommend using the new size guide for Radix instead of going by your previous NL size, in case sizing has been adjusted slightly.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand Wash: Soak in a mixture of cold water and liquid laundry detergent. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to scrub the upper, then the sole. Once clean, rinse and air dry.
Do not tumble dry.

Standard domestic processing time is 1-3 business days.
Standard international processing time is 3-5 business days.
During periods of abnormally high order volume, such as launch weekends, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing.

All orders placed outside the USA may be subject to duties and taxes that vary depending on the destination country. You may have an option to prepay the taxes or pay them once you receive your order.
Duties are not included in the shipping cost. Failure to pay the customs fees/import duties will lead to a failed delivery and disposal of the sent goods. In this case, we are unable to offer a refund.

Honestly, I have no complaints about these shoes. These are the first barefoot shoes that I've tried for lifting, and I won't be going back. Ground feel is such an underrated element of the big 3 lifts. The peace of mind I get from not worrying about slipping during sumos has boosted not only my confidence, but my numbers as well.
I researched so many grounding sneakers, it was getting overwhelming. I landed on the RADIX and at the time “took the risk.” I loved the feel so much I found myself wearing them outside the gym and not being able to wear my other sneakers at all. It’s honestly like my feet went on a real journey, felt so many things and can’t go back. I just ordered a white pair. I did get irritation on back where it was touching skin… I wore higher socks for a bit and also changed the direction of laces and it went away. I suppose my only suggestion would be to create an outside walking/hiking shoe. Maybe not the companies focus, but I definitely need an outdoor pair.
Nice grip, great wide toe box, only complaint is that the tongue shifts to the side but it’s an easy fix. 4.5/5 stars
First off, shipping was fast and the shoes look exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, one of the shoes (right) has some kind of defect in the sole which is especially noticeable with the insole removed. They’re out of my size right now, so we’re trying to find a good solution until they’re back in stock.
FWIW, the left shoe without the defect feels incredible. Hopefully, I can get this resolved soon and start lifting in them.
If you were on the fence about the Radix like I was but were unhappy with competitors like Xero and Vivo, I can confidently say (even without lifting in them) that these shoes feel way better than anything else I’ve tried for someone with wide, flat feet.
Very lightweight and keep grounded to the floor which is great when doing squats and deadlifts. Overall satisfied with shoes after only using them for a week. The toe box is very wide which adds to the comfortability.
